Mia Allen is a New York City-based filmmaker and photographer with nearly two decades of experience in visual storytelling. She has directed and produced national broadcast and digital campaigns, award-winning branded shorts, and longform documentary content.

Her portfolio includes a two-year commercial campaign for BetterHelp, multiple award-winning films for PlantPOP, and Unfixed—a 12-episode, independently funded documentary series exploring the lives of individuals with chronic conditions. Mia has also created content for nonprofits such as Bravo Youth Orchestras and The Immigrant Story, and has been a consistent creative force across both commercial and mission-driven work.

A former production manager and agency liaison for Limbo Films, Mia brings end-to-end production expertise and a reputation for emotionally compelling, visually dynamic work. She is a certified DaVinci Resolve expert and fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
